“Absolutely fantastic. I don’t know why I’ve never used this garage before given that I only live 5 minutes away, but I certainly will moving forwards. I dropped my car off at 8:30am for an MOT and full service. Had a call back at 9:30am to confirm the MOT passed fine but I had a couple of worn down tires that came back as advisory, and offered to get them replaced alongside the service, which I opted for. I then got another call at 11:30am to confirm everything was complete and I was welcome to come and collect. Really speedy turnaround and fantastic communication throughout, I cannot fault them at all. This is the best garage I have used in Southampton and I would highly recommend to anyone!”

“I was able to book when I wanted to for an MOT and Short Service, everything was dealt with very well, just felt that there could have been bit of an explanation regarding advisory notices on my MOT and Service notes. I have used this garage previously and had very full and helpful information regarding problems with my car which were dealt with in a very friendly informative manner”

“Very good service. The team quoted me the best offer for a replacement tyre and it was fixed without any problems. My locking wheel nut was missing a pin and they kindly offered to fix it for me, I purchased a drill bit from Halfords and they did this free of charge. Very happy with the service.”

“Removed wheel then said they hadn’t got a tyre said it would take about 40 mins to get one.So went for a walk came back an hour later and they said it’s here just going to fit it.So nearly two hours to get a standard tyre fitted and I was the only customer there.”
