“You were unable to solve the problem but charged me over £50 for the 20 minutes it took you to visibly check the vehicle. I understand it was a lack of equipment on your part. Should I try you again ?”

“Your Brighton branch damaged the wheel on my nearly new car whilst fitting a replacement tyre. You offered a solution to fix it, when I stated the solution wasn’t satisfactory, you simply handed me off to Black Circles and I’ve not heard anything else from you. Apart from now, and you want a review. Really?”

“Great friendly staff - several friends recommended the garage in Shaftesbury and despite being 40mins drive, I decided to book my car in - smooth process from booking to drop off and pick up - honest price and staff genuinely acted in my best interest with regards to advice and work done - a discount was also applied to my bill without asking due to the fact that quite a few jobs were done on the car - I used several different garages and chains in the past and the experience I had in the elite garage tops them all - it is worth the 40mins drive and will definitely use them regularly - keep up the good work”

“Quick full service for my car, not able to get the staff's name but he is really friendly and easy to approach. Location-wise, easy to find the garage, just along one of the main roads in Portsmouth, London Road. Will come back next time for any service and MOT!”

“Really genuine, helpful people. As a woman, it can feel really intimidating going into a garage, even in this day and age. However, this garage is helpful, friendly and honest. They don't try and sell you unnecessary parts, or recommend work that really doesn't need doing, and I have experience of this happening at other garages. Highly recommended 👌”

“I visited twice the first to establish the problem, this was resolved and advice going forward. I revisited to have the issue resolved. The member of staff who dealt with me on both occasions was helpful, professional and gave excellent customer service. Thank you for your help and fixing my car.”
