“I have been using Elite for over 10 years now and have always found Matt and the team very polite, helpful and professional. Prices for tyres, services and repairs have always been competitive with others in the area and the teams helpful attitude to the customers needs are what tips the scales.”

“Need a better timed booking in system as most garages give you a time not just turn up in the morning or after and wait am or pm does not work . I booked an am slot and when I turned up they said it would be a 2.5 hour wait till they could start it the second time it was a 2 hour wait . Maybe give people time slots so they know what time to turn up and it will be done”

“Replaced my van tyre for me after getting a bad puncture on the day so fair enough. They didn’t have any choice on tyres so had to get the only one they had to offer - budget range. The guy I dealt with mostly was actually fine (can’t remember his name) but he was bald. Other old grey guy at the desk was very miserable and borderline rude. Won’t be going here again. Could do with a lesson in customer service to be honest.”

“A very friendly garage with helpful, cheerful staff. The tyre replacement was very reasonably priced and the job was carried out quickly and professionally. I have been looking for a local garage since moving to West Sussex and am minded to take all my business to Elite. I thoroughly recommend Elite garages.”

“Elite Garages Mannings Heath were great when I had my tyres fitted. The staff were all friendly and polite even I trick circumstances (they had no internet) no fault of their own. I was still treated in a professional manner. Thanks for the great service, I would highly recommend you and will use again .”

“Unfortunately really disappointed with the results of having new tyres fitted to my car. I can live with the wheels being filthy as I can clean them but what I find unacceptable are chips and scratches to my alloy wheels. I have used Elite Garages for many years and this standard of work is disheartening and regrettably will stop me from using their services in the future.”

“Was a very quick friendly service. Only phone up 15 mins before and they squeezed me in to fix the puncture. The young gentlemen behind the counter was very friendly and made us feel at home while we waited.”
