“Never once have i had an issue with the guys at Elite, and i have been going to the branch in West Howe for some years now. Always helpful and down to earth, witch i like. Its close to work so i can drop the car off the night before and walk around and pick it up the following day, Both my daughters have started taking there cars to Elite as well. Thankyou for what you guys do.”

“I had a nail in my tyre so on the off-chance on a Saturday morning I popped into Elite to see if they could help. They were friendly and helpful and had it fixed that morning for a good price. Very happy.”

“I am a long-term customer of Elite (Millers Road, Brighton). The staff are personable, helpful and, in my case, very patient. I have a tendency to neglect my car, which often results in some urgent mechanical requirement. Their response is always one of clarity, promptness and respect in what can be a very unequal relationship (my ignorance versus their knowledge and skill) but I never feel taken advantage of. Last week, having ignored the gradual loss of battery capability for some time, it failed. I roll-started it, drove to the garage, interrupted their busy Saturday morning, asked for help and left 15 minutes later with a new battery and a very reasonable invoice. They didn't roll their eyes in exasperation once !”
