“Had a starting problem with our L200, fixed it with no charge, they explained it could be result of there servicing vehicle previously. This shows a degree of honesty not heard of before in the motor trade. Excellent.”

“Elite Garage - Pulborough - 23/07/2024 MOT booked online which was quick and easy to do and on arrival the car was punctually into the garage for testing and despite failing with a relatively minor fault, a replacement part was sourced locally, fitted and the car retested all within 2 1/2 hours, pretty efficient service I’d say! Thank you Graham & team from a happy customer!”

“I called today in peril, as had a puncture that I wasn't sure would need either a plug, or a new tyre. The guys at Elite were busy, they're always busy, because they are so popular and provide a good service. Anyway, they were able to fit my vehicle in at short notice, and plugged my tyre and made it safe again, and this was for a nominal charge too. Needless to say I was really happy. The guys at Elite are helpful and courteous and very professional. I had my MOT here back in April this year and found the same thing then. I don't just take my car to any garage, but I'd be happy to leave it with Elite anytime!”

“Had my car serviced at Elite, staff so very friendly, efficient customer service, nothing to much trouble, I use them even though I no longer live in Horsham, would prefer to drive to them and wait than to use another garage. Thanks to you all - apologies for a late review.”

“A fantastic job by Raymond who swiftly organised the fixing of the car for my Son which was an emergency, worn brake pads etc. First class service. “After attending a sales meeting all day in Bournemouth on going back to my car I noticed one of my tyres was damaged quite badly. After dropping into Kwik Fit on the way home to Bristol they did not have my tyres but suggested Elite down the road. I’m so glad I went there. Very quick service considering I had no appointment and very kindly wrote an email to my insurance company the next day as I had forgotten to take pictures of the damage. Only regret I have is that I don’t live closer to use them all the time. If you live in the area check these guys out. Thank you to all that helped.”
