Gary and the team are always helpful and friendly. Even if unsure on something, they never turn me away and are never rude, unlike other local garages. On this occasion, they didn't put on the document I got from them which states what the work was for- which negatively impacts the claim I have with the previous garage and there was also some damage incurred during work taken here on my side skirt.

I had m car booked for an MOT I was told they couldn’t find my booking but would fit me in that day. I waited 24hrs and never heard a word I went next day and was told my car was ready why no phone call supposing I had been a Doctor, I have been with Elite for ten years or more I now have my doughts,

Very courteous staff. I did think I was going to get a call to say my car was ready, but I didn’t. I walked back there just in case, and it was ready. One of the rear lights wasn’t working, and I was told the bulb was ok but was a little loose, so it was now fixed. When I got home, I checked and it wasn’t working again. The car is based in Deal so it’s not convenient to bring it back.

Had two tyres replaced. Proficient so would consider using Elite again. Can have use of their Wi-fi if you ask for the password. This is useful for the wait, otherwise would have seemed like waiting in a morgue from the general atmosphere in their reception.

Although I have no complaints regarding the standard of work or service, unfortunately as seems to be the norm in this business(especially locally), padding bills and quoting over the phone without including VAT are nonetheless annoying. I was initially quoted £260-£270 for work and was billed £415 when I came to collect the car. Fortunately, I just had enough money to cover it, but only just. This type of poor communication needs to improve.

I use Elite in Mannings Heath to maintain my family's cars. I do so, because the garage is walking distance from my home, so ticks the convenience box, and because on balance they charge a fair price for the work performed. But, to be clear, if there was a local alternative, I would use it. Customer Service is awful. The Manager Glen is generally so rude and grumpy I have to bite my tongue. The attitude is- I am fortunate they are willing to work on my cars.....as opposed to the team being thankful for my business. Most of my neighbours tell me they refuse to take the cars to Elite now on principle. Perhaps I too should take this zero tolerance stance on poor service but for now I will take the easy choice.

On arriving at the garage, I was greeted with ‘ we have no record of your order and then told they had 1 tyre and not 2. Eventually, my order was found. To be honest, I was not over impressed with the service. Either this was a fault of the garage or black circles. The garage was of the view it was black circles error with not informing them of my order. Can I be assured this will not happen again? Thank you.

Not being able to book a time slot made things difficult. I probably wouldn’t use again for this reason.

Unfortunately they where short staffed meaning they couldn't change the tyres on the agreed date. It was put back to the Monday however they where still short staffed and i had to leave the car there for the day.

A container of oil was left in my boot without my knowledge and it leaked. They had the wrong spark plugs and had to get new ones so the whole process took a long time.

Not overly impressed. They have had my vehicle for 2 weeks tomorrow. To repair 2 small dents on 1 panel. Cannot comment on work as I do not possess the car. I have phoned about the vehicle . The staff were unapologetic on the phone.

Took 1 and a half hours to replace 2 front tyres and was over charged for the work done until I pointed out being charged too much and then refunded the correct amount.

Just thought £70 plus vat was a little steep to repair wiring on tailgate , took between 30 to 45 minutes and had already been worked on the previous day after mot . Had been told the work couldn’t be carried out until next week , this suddenly changed when I found a garage that could carry out the work the same day . A misunderstanding but a little more clarity and customer care would have helped .

Mot and service done ok and staff courteous. But wiper blades not replaced though falling apart and now the service due light has come on. As I'm away I'll be driving with it on for a few weeks. Obviously not reset.

Took my daughters car for MOT which failed. Left the car so the fault can be rectified. Collected car the fallowing day but as we drove off, the stench of cigarette smoke inside the car was so awful. Absolutely not happy.

Service good. Tyre guy amazing. But omg the reception guy is misseble every time I come there. Look like it he really hates his job. Makes me feel unwelcome.

Didn't think much of the guy at reception ? Ask a simple question like how long will it take and you get a sarcastic reply. Would not recommend this guy for promotion , needs educating in customer service.
