“A fantastic job by Raymond who swiftly organised the fixing of the car for my Son which was an emergency, worn brake pads etc. First class service. “Rude and obstructive! MOT booking email clearly states "Arrival time 10:30 - 11:30" but when I arrived at 10:55 I was told "You're too late mate" so I mentioned the email and was told I was wrong, which I politely challenged and was told "Show me the email" The chap on reception showed absolutely no interest in finding a solution or even rebooking. And this is not the first experience with the same guy. I had been a customer at Elite Garages in Brighton for 16 years but I will not be back again.”

“After attending a sales meeting all day in Bournemouth on going back to my car I noticed one of my tyres was damaged quite badly. After dropping into Kwik Fit on the way home to Bristol they did not have my tyres but suggested Elite down the road. I’m so glad I went there. Very quick service considering I had no appointment and very kindly wrote an email to my insurance company the next day as I had forgotten to take pictures of the damage. Only regret I have is that I don’t live closer to use them all the time. If you live in the area check these guys out. Thank you to all that helped.”

“Very disappointed had a Mot and silver service about a two month’s ago. For which l paid over £300. Thought you would have checked the brakes but obviously not as l have just had to have the front ones done. Will not be recommending you. That is not a good service.”

“Polite and helpful staff. I booked my two tyres via Elite website, and for the second time they weren't there on the date. So had to go back the next afternoon, which was a pain as one of my tyres had a hole in and was going down fast! It was explained that they can't see this on the system, perhaps an adjustment on this is needed. The service I received though was very good, will return.”

“I took my car to the local Elite garage in Mannings Heath when a tyre was damaged by a pot hole. I could see the team were under severe pressure as a result of the numbers of people seeking their services without notice. The team appeared to keep control of the overall situation and managed it well. I was happy with the speed that the diagnosis of the problem took and subsequent resolution. I would certainly use them again.”

“Help available without having to book in. Thought I had a puncture but it was a faulty valve. All repaired quickly. I think the lady in reception was called Denise, very friendly and chatty.”
