“Booked MOT using online service pleased to get a Saturday slot. Easy to drop car off & guy on reception very pleasant said car would be ready in 1hr in fact only 45mins even better. All in all very efficient service provided & would definitely use them again.”

“I use Elite in Mannings Heath to maintain my family's cars. I do so, because the garage is walking distance from my home, so ticks the convenience box, and because on balance they charge a fair price for the work performed. But, to be clear, if there was a local alternative, I would use it. Customer Service is awful. The Manager Glen is generally so rude and grumpy I have to bite my tongue. The attitude is- I am fortunate they are willing to work on my cars.....as opposed to the team being thankful for my business. Most of my neighbours tell me they refuse to take the cars to Elite now on principle. Perhaps I too should take this zero tolerance stance on poor service but for now I will take the easy choice.”

“I have had problems with a run flat tyre driver side rear tyre which I bought from Elite Garages but they do not seem to be able to sort out why the pressure keeps going down every few days . I took it there on 13 January to ask them to check the tyre but they checked the passenger rear tyre which is the wrong one . I have been there 5 times now . They said there is no puncture and the valve is ok, so, it must be a faulty tyre. I bought 2 new front tyres on 13 January and did the alignment as well . I think the staff are very incompetent . If I knew they are so bad , I wouldn’t have used the garage .”

“Visited to have 2 new tyres fitted. Although Elite operates a 'first come, first served' policy I was lucky & was able to drive straight into the fitting bay. The fitter was friendly & professional, taking his time to fully explain things including realignment of the front wheel before/after taking appropriate action - overall he was excellent & for that reason, I thoroughly recommend Elite Garages. The office manager did point out that I would have saved myself money if I had bought direct, rather than via a motoring organisation, so buyer beware!!”
