“I brought the car in at 8.30 for MOT and Service. At 2.30pm, the car had not been serviced and was still waiting. I was under the impression that bringing the car so early, it would be completed before lunch. I was told that another car had taken longer but at no point did someone call me to advise of this. The MOT was passed but with 2 advisories: 1.) front brake pads and 2.) front and rear bushes. 2 days later I took the car to a local garage to get serviced instead as I could not afford to take another day out to come to Canterbury. They replaced the brakes but on inspection of the bushes, they said there were very minor splits but they would not have written this up as an advisory. I was very disappointed overall with the lack of communication, inconvenience and extra cost I incurred having to pay the full MOT price without getting an MOT + Service package price.”

“Great service and really friendly staff. I needed a slow puncture repaired and although they were busy they got me back on the road in a short space of time. Would highly recommend as good value for money as well.”

“I asked Elite whether they would consider refurbing one of the wheels of my Lexus. Despite it not being one of their normal jobs, they were willing to give it a try - using silver coloured zinc spray paint. Pawel did an outstanding job. I am pleased and plan to have the other wheels refurbed.”
