“We’ve been using Elite Canterbury for many years and found them to be highly honest and professional and highly competent. I have recommended others including my daughters to use Elite, including one at the Brighton branch. They have looked after many different cars for us including lots of VWs and Volvo.I have just brought my Seat to them after some ‘odd’ experiences to say the least at local main dealer (no longer approved ) during warranty period. What a relief to get back to an intelligent, personal service that’s also local to me and at prices that aren’t eye-watering too! Thanks to Ian and the team.”

“Everyone I dealt with was friendly and helpful as I limped into the garage with a flat tyre Only took around 30 minutes to sort out at a reasonable price The only thing I did point out was that the reception area could do with a really good clean and hoover Staff were aware of this and were hoping to get it resolved”

“Having spent nearly 40 years working in the motor trade for very large franchised garages it was refreshing to find a garage with a human face and to feel like a customer rather than a number. I’m very happy with the service I recently received from Elite Garages Caterham. I dropped my son’s car in for some attention to its suspension, within an hour we had a call from Elite with a diagnosis. They were able to get the parts and complete the job within the same day so no return visit required. Their after hours collection service where we were able to collect the keys and make payment up to 10:00pm is extremely useful. A good job all round, thank you.”

“I have taken both my cars to Eltie Garages in Eastbourne numerous times. I am always impressed by their friendliness, helpfulness, and flexibility. They go the extra mile to resolve an issue even when they are very busy. Andy in particular must be one of hte most pleasant men I have dealt with in a garage. He is enthusiastic, and no request is too much to ask.”
