“Extremely pleased with recent work completed. Staff were courteous, helpful and explained options available. Work completed in timely manner. Very reasonable price with no unexpected surprises. “I took my car in at 8.45am and the service was completed at around 11.30am. I received a call from Mark at Elite about the front tyres on the car approaching the legal limit, and discussed getting a quotation in October, and it was good to hear this. I have no complaints and the service appears to be as thorough as it was last year. There were some notes on the invoice about the tyres and cambelt and a quick call to Mark resolved these queries.”

“I mentioned to Barry in passing that a daytime running light was out and the bulb was replaced for no charge when the MOT was done. Top customer service which didn’t go unnoticed. I also had the MOT booked the same day I requested availability. Very happy!”

“Customer-facing skills are somewhat lacking. A smile and a "How can I help?" would go a long way to improve things. Disappointed no paperwork was available to prove tracking and balancing were carried out. I have always been given these at other garages.”
