“1st time with you, pleasant friendly receptionist, easy booking, although we do very little mileage the car seems to be running even better, shall definitely use you again for service, mot etc David Cooksley.”

“Cons: Wasn`t kept informed of what was required Pros: Wasn`t ripped off with the labour charge, which could have been the case. Have to give credit to the big guy on the desk (guess he was the manager), for the handling of a difficult and problematic situation/job on both our sides, which could of got out of hand, and for his understanding.”

“I enquired about getting some new tyres as I was told they would need to bd changed sooner rather than later the young lady on the desk was very helpful booked me in for the next day. This job was completed fairly swiftly, no faults at all”

“I recently had two cars serviced and Mot tested, my own and sons. Both sadly failed on first test. However the prompt contact and clear review for the reasons for the failures was quickly resolved within the working day and passes on both cars.”

“I have been using Elite Garage for quite a few years now, i only had one problem with this branch a few years ago. i went to have my ac recharged and got my car back running on 3 cylinders i complained imediately.the mechanic said it was like that when i gave it to them. I said no what have you done to my car. to cut a long story short while i was sitting in my car thinking what to do the mechanic suddenly opened the drivers door where i was sitting and poped the bonnet and said i just want to check some thing. i got out and within 2 seconds he reconnected an air breather pipe and said sorry i forgot the pipe. i said you didnt need to disconnect this air pipe to recharge the air con. in my opinion he was making a job out out of a job. needles to say he no longer works for Elite. I still take my car to you when i need to i am happy with your service”

“I had an unknown overheated engine took it to elites & they found the fault straight away it was a faulty switch to do with the fan belt it was rectified. The charge was very reasonable. Thankyou elites. Phil”

“Booked an MOT for 830 which the booking lost but they fitted me in the car failed but they done all the work on the same day and had the car retested all before midday !!”

“Friendly, efficient and good value. The only issue I had was they didn't have the correct phone number for me and so couldn't call rework that needed to be done and to say when ready - possibly should have been checked when I dropped the car off. They couldn't have apologised more though.”
