“My exhaust was a bit noisy to say the least they checked the car and it needed 2 x exhaust parts . Next day I drove down to the garage after the call came come and collect your car all done. Brilliant service will be going back for a service.”

“I went to Elite on Saturday. They didn't have a suitable replacement tyre in stock so I left the wheel with them, they told me it would be ready on Monday. After phoning to check that it was ready I went to pick it up on Monday at about 4.00 pm. I asked for it to be fitted in place of the temporary spare to be told 'Theres a queue you'll have to wait an hour and a half. Fitting the new tyre in place has always been a normal part of the service when buying a new tyre as far as I'm concerned whatever queue they had. I'd already been in the queue since Saturday so I don't think it's reasonable to tell me in a takeaway it or leave it attitude that I'll have to wait an hour and a half. I've lived in Haywards Heath 40 years and always used Elite for tyres. Exhausts and MOTs on various cars that I've had. I won't be bothering them again.”

“No booking but arrived on ‘first come first served’ basis to check puncture warning alert. Attended to it within the hour, replacing defective tyre valve. Good service, efficient and reasonable price. Thank you to all the team at Haywards Heath.”
