“Absolutely disgusting service I took my car there for MOT and when I wen back to pick it up my dash cam was on the floor broken, my phone holder was on the pasager seat on top of my jacket with the gloue stuck to it so I had to bin that as well never ever go there if you like and respect your belongings!”

“Very efficient, thorough and trustworthy as always! My car had it’s MOT again this time it failed and I was without it for a bit as they were so busy. But still as busy as they were I had it all done and back to me a day earlier than expected. Which I don’t mind as I trust them and know it will be all safe to drive on return. Thank you all very much 😊. I do appreciate all you did.”

“Yet again it's a year since my last visit for my annual silver service and Mot. Easy booking,mid morning call about renewing my spark plugs. Mid afternoon collection with a MOT advisory on rear tyre. Thus I quickly had, from stock, replaced. All round great service and price. Full communication for me is paramount on car Servicing and a big plus.”

“Went to elite garages southampton to change my 4 tyres. Got them all changed within an hour as they were busy which us totally fine, when I got handed the car I was in a bit of a rusg so I just left straight away but the next day noticed one of the alloys had a big new mark around the rim which was made during the process, so I am guessing either the tyre machine was not adjusted properly and hit the rim or lack of focus when changing that one. My alloys were full of kerb marks which and I plan to have them refurbished soon and that is why I have not formaly complaint but if I had brand new alloys and this happened I would have been fuming. Understand they work under pressure but some jobs have to be done slowly and carefully.”
