“My Audi had air conditioning which was no longer going cold. I booked into Elite for an air conditioning service and they had it recharged and fully sorted out in less than 2 hours. Perfect service.”

“Great service from these guys. I had a puncture on my way to Portsmouth and needed to catch a ferry the next day to get home. After several unhelpful conversations with other tyre repair centres these guys not only had an unusual tyre size in stock but they fitted me in and replaced the tyre straight away no bother. Thanks guys”

“I took my car to Elite as the clutch had failed. They fitted a new one. I picked the car up and the clutch felt really loose. I returned the car and they said it needed bleeding. I left the car with them. When I collected the car and drove it home, it felt a little better but I still wasn’t confident that it was all right. I drove to work at Cottesmore Golf Club. There was a loud bang from under the car. I jumped out and looked under the car. I couldn’t see anything. I was worried being on a busy country road . I managed to get the car in gear and turned into the entrance of Cottesmore. There was another loud noise, a workman came running towards me and looked at the car. We couldn’t see anything. I called out the RAC who towed it back to Elite at Mannings Heath. This was in December 22 and January of this year. The gear box had imploded. I am in dispute now with Elite . I have had the car stored and a second opinion has shown that I need a new clutch and gearbox . Elite are now not answering my emails. I have sent an email to the MD he has not responded. I have just been informed by my insurance company that their solicitors will look at my case now. I am so disappointed and stressed by this whole event. I have asked for a meeting but no response.”

“Due to an unfortunate tyre puncture on the M20 near Ashford, our recovery service from Green Flag arranged for the faulty tyre to be replaced at Elite Garages in Maidstone. Green Flag had communicated the request by e mail, but due to a very busy morning, Elite had not read the e mail and were not expecting us. However the staff were helpful and quickly arranged work schedules and accommodated the tyre replacement very quickly. The only issue was there was no choice of tyre manufacture available ,but a suitable tyre was sourced and fitted promptly”
