“I was very pleased with the service I received from Elite garages. They were able to fit in a service and MOT at short notice and both were completed promptly.”

“Took the car for an MOT. Elite Garages failed it due to side lights flashing at the rear with the hazard lights on. They advised that I contact an auto electrician as they could not work on the 'fault'. They supplied a number. The auto electrician looked for 10 minutes and then said there was absolutely nothing wrong with my car and that was what was supposed to happen and the car should not have failed - he called Elite to tell them this which they accepted. The auto electrician charged £20 for the callout and said Elite should pay this as it was their mistake. They refused. Customer lost. Shocking customer service.”

“About 6 months and 1,000 miles ago the dealer I bought my car from advised I should keep an eye on my front tyres because of low tread. For second time, today, I have taken the car in to Elite to have new front tyres fitted. This was refused because tread depth was more than adequate on all wheels. What a difference and you can guess where I shall be going in future for servicing, etc.”

“Cannot fault them for the assistance they gave us storing our car over Christmas and fitting new tyre on first day of opening. All sounds good? Well unfortunately not quite all good as tyre pressure light still on when collected and told it would go off with use. It didn’t and we had to make another stop to increase the pressure in the tyre. A bit more care would have been appreciated to check the pressure!”
