“This garage supplied and fitted an exhaust to a 17 year old motorhome. Within four hours, they had sourced the replacement item. The original exhaust had been modified to clear an electric step. The fitter used heat treatment to modify the replacement item. We were kept informed of progress all day and were able to continue our holiday with a minimum fuss. I would recommend this garage for any exhaust work.”

“I was stuck with a run flat tyre following a flat. A friend recommended Elite and I rang. Cause of flat found and wheel ready in one hour. I will use them from here on for servicing and maintaining my car.”

“The older man at the reception desk was off-hand when I arrived both to leave my car and later when I collected it. Although the slow puncture was repaired, when I arrived home I discovered the tyre had not had any air added nor had the tyre pressures been entered on my car system as had been done on a previous occasion. Consequently, I had to do this myself. I will think twice about using this garage again which is a shame because I have used it before.”

“Needed a new particular type of tyre. In the local area only Elite showed availability and as a repeat customer it was a no brainer to order online. Popped in and as usual everyone friendly and helpful. In and out in 20 mins all done.”

“I arrived at Elite Garages in Shaftesbury late on Easter Saturday for an appointment which I had, apparently, booked in Salisbury. The staff could not have been more charming, efficient and helpful...fitting my car in for urgent inspection at inconvenience to themselves and ensuring that all was safe and fit to drive. Excellent service by any standard. I am not in the habit of recommending such things to anyone, but I will (and have) recommend(ed) Elite on the basis of this initial contact with the garage.”
