“I do not write reviews often so please believe me when I say the guys at Elite Garages, Pulborough are fantastic. I was introduced to the garage through RAC to have a tyre changed. The staff were polite, efficient, and diligent in their work. They advised me that when removing the damaged wheel, they noticed a wheel stud was threaded. I thanked them and did the repair myself. A few days later I had an MOT which required some new brake pads. Again, I did the job myself but on trying to remove the last wheel, I found a locking wheel nut was put on too tight by a previous garage and despite 3 days of trying I could not get it off. In a panic, I contacted the Pulborough garage and asked if they would have a look at it for me. Despite the very short notice, they told me to bring it down and they would have a look but made no promises in getting it resolved on the day, which was completely understandable. I arrived and within 5 minutes, a technician who was having a break, kindly offered to have a look at it. He gave me two options he could try and I happily agreed for him to give the first option a try. Thankfully, within 2 further minutes he had managed to remove the locking wheel nut! All with a smile and offered advice on how to avoid it getting stuck in future. Take into account that I had contacted 5 other garages who either said they didn't have the availability or didn't even bother getting back to me! I was truly amazed at the service offered and I will be taking my car back there for future MOT'S, and any work that I cannot manage myself at home. They have gained a life long customer and I can't thank them enough. Don't waste your time anywhere else, head to Elite Garages, Pulborough and you will not be disappointed!”

“I have been using Elite in Canterbury for around 20 years. I have stayed with them, because the prices are always fair and they are extremely honest. If something doesn’t need to be done straight away they’ll tell you. They are very happy to check oil, tyre pressures etc in addition to the job.”

“Had my car serviced and MOT done by Elite Garages at the beginning of December. My car was dealt with very efficiently and promptly, and everything went smoothly. The car was returned to me in a clean and tidy condition. Well Done Elite Garages.”

“I have used Elite Canterbury several times; some planned (eg serving and MOT) and others when the car has broken down. On every occasion they have been first class. They are honest, polite and they communicate clearly, especially before they carry out any work (some garages do not). I have always felt I have paid a more than fair price for the work carried out (again rare amongst garages now) and it has always been completed to a high standard. They do care about the customer.”

“I went to Denmead Tyres because I'd had a nail in my tyre and it had caused a puncture. Firstly, they tried to mend it but when they were unable to do so, I was offered a choice of different priced tyres and chose one that was in my price range. They were friendly, helpful and efficient.”

“The staff were helpful and efficient and I was able to make an appointment immediately. I thought that one of my tyres was defective but, in fact, all four tyres needed replacing. The garage was able to carry out the work at short notice just before Christmas.”
