“The whole experience with all at Elite has been a refreshing change in these troubled times . Nothing seems to be to much trouble and the service has been first class . I have been upgrading my separate headphone system over the past twelve months with very musical results which is what it is all about. If you are thinking about Music Systems , highly recommended . “I can't rate Elite Audio highly enough. Repair to my Manley Labs 250W amplifier was completed quickly with collection and return shipment fully organised by them. My huge thanks to Barry and to Robert the tech for all they did. Their expertise meant I wasn't without music for long. The system is now working beautifully. Elite Audio is definitely highly recommended.”

“Andrew of Elite has been exceptionally accommodating, courteous and prompt of reply and ultimately very helpful in helping me acquire new amp, speakers and turntable that have bought my 15yr audio journey to a near close. “Elite Audio is the place to go for High End audio equipment. If you enjoy your music they have the very best available in music reproduction. The advice offered is sound and very knowledgeable, they really understand their range of products and also a clients budget. Andrew was extremely helpful, nothing was a problem. “Another first class hi fi addition from Elite Audio. Just one phone call and a Innuos Phoenix was delivered 48hrs later with the option to try in my system before final decision. Initial impressions on a quick A/B was a little underwhelming, but Mark advised it needed around 200 hrs to "burn in" and just leave it in my system and keep listening. After around 3 weeks I removed it from my system and the sound lost its sparkle, the 3D soundstage collapsed and small detail within the mix ie backing vocals were lost and difficult to hear. The bottom line is the Phoenix has become an essential part of my digital replay chain and once heard you would mot want to listen without it. Another advantage is there are no lights or indicators on the unit so can be quite easily hidden away out of sight. If you have a decent server, especially Innuos Zen upwards, then give it a try, you might be surprised at what is possible from USB, and you have nothing to lose. Thanks again Elite Audio.”
