“I am now a happy returning customer of Elite Audio Ltd. The service is consistently excellent, knowledgeable, flexible, accommodating and helpful. Their showroom is excellent and you get to experience the products without rushing and with expert advice at hand. Their trade-in service is extremely competitive and i have not had an issue with them at all. fully recommend.”

“HiDiamond Power 3 Cord . First I would like to thank all at Elite Audio for their help and understanding and help . Andrew has been incredibly helpful with equipment over the past couple of years, nothing has been to much trouble. Power Cord 3 . I have not had much success with power leads over the years and not been impressed until that is until I got the HiDimond Power Cord 2. I plugged it into my Manley Absolute Headphone amp totally unconvinced I was going to get much of a difference how wrong was I . The whole experience changed . Sound stage , imaging. Colour changes within the instruments, a more coherent presentation across the board . On certain recordings the ear cups started to disappear ( the same effect can be induced on speakers ) . The settings on the Manley changed as time went on as well , Feedback controller changed treble and bass settings changed . The use of Push Pull or Single Ended changed all for the better this obviously depends on recordings. I am seriously thinking of putting one of these Cords into the Luxman Dn 150 CD player what might happen !! I would humbly suggest anyone thinking about Power Cords please try I am shocked at the improvements.”

“Elite Audio is arguably the best HiFi retailer in the UK, its staff are knowledgably, responsive and patient. Communication is excellent across all staff, they listen to what the customer is trying to achieve from their system, going above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. I have recently received delivery of a pair of Klipch Cornwall IV speakers, after a significant period of trial and error, in which I tested a range of speakers. I am extremely happy with my purchase and with my buying experience, at no point did staff lose patience when helping me to achieve my desired sound (unlike some lesser retailers). Elite Audio staff have treated my system like they would their own! I have no hesitation recommending this company to new and veteran audiophiles.”

“Having updated both my speakers and Amp over the past 6 months decided to upgrade the Innuos Zenith MK3 which Mark recommended- very happy although Roon sounded veiled & filtered compared to the Sense App which was brilliant. Spoke to Both Mark & Andrew as they have know my system well & decided to demo the Antipodes K50. Having researched the brand & spoken to a number of users on both Roon & Antipodes forums it seemed to offer what I was looking for. After a solid 2 weeks of burn in combined with adding a 2nd MSB PSU to my MSB DAC with sound quality of music played through Roon is simply out of this World. Not only being unbelievably transparent but sounds real & natural without the digital glare I was getting on my Zenith. I can honestly say that my system now is at a point where every time I listen to it I never get tired or think I’m not happy. Thanks to both Mark & Andrew who over the past 4 plus years have helped me achieve now what I consider to be Audio Nirvana. Apologise for the 2 Picasso’s either side of my TV? Need a lesson on editing Suite I think”

“I have dealt with Elite twice now in relation to purchasing and subsequently upgrading Antipodes servers and both experiences were top notch. Staff are very knowledgeable and helpful and the whole process was simple and quick. It’s a shame they aren’t more local as it would be great to explore their wide and varied portfolio to work out next steps.”

“After discovering Elite Audio, I very rarely shop anywhere else for Hifi anymore. I would rather wait for an item to come into Elites hands than buy elsewhere, this is unfounded as I am naturally a very impatient person! Elite have got their business model spot on. They offer generous trade-in prices and good discounts on ex demo items, they operate a no-quibble return policies giving you the chance to try things in your system with no pressure at all, they are very approachable and answer emails quickly, and overall just an absolute pleasure to deal with from start to finish..and afterwards! You wont find this level of a complete service from any other dealer. Elite Audio are the best in the business and long may this continue.”

“Mark & his team are my first port of call for all things HiFi related, whether it’s just a general chat on HiFi or a system upgrade they always make time & offer expert professional advice without being pushy……definitely no hard sell here 😎. They help break down the varied choice of equipment being it new, ex demo or pre loved offering exceptional trade in prices & not forgetting generous home demo options. My advice, go give them a call for some friendly advice or better still, pop into the showroom, either way you won’t be disappointed.”

“The service and response was perfect with a fair and honest part exchange of my old amplifier for my replacement. Very happy to highly recommend anyone to contact and consider them for your hifi upgrades. Even though I live over 250 miles away well worth a drive to visit and purchase from them.”

“From first phone call to delivery it has been a first class experience. Andrew was simply brilliant with his service and advice.. he clearly has extensive knowledge and was helpful but not at all pushy. I would happily say 10/10 for everything. There was a minor issue with delivery.. NOT Elite Audios fault at all, but it was all sorted .. a very minor issue. So I cant recommend them highly enough.. and we all need to support these businesses that try so hard in these very difficult times . This is a GREAT company to deal with ..”

“Having decided on a Luxman 590axii integrated amp, and Luxman CD player, I looked around and Elite had both available. And both at a good price. I was happy to accept their recommendation re cables . ( I kept the budget as modest as I sensibly could there). I did feel that they knew hifi gear and weren’t just there to shift product. All of the above was to go with my JBL 4429s. Martyn was able to reassure me that there’d be sufficient power for the cabs. Delivery (to London) was super efficient, and all items were pristine and brand new. It’s been some weeks now, and I’m delighted with the system ! I’m someone who can appreciate high end hifi, but I’m not overly obsessed ( that energy is for guitars and guitar amps !) Anyway, it’s been 100% smooth purchasing my gear from Elite, and yes, I will stick to them in the future, should further need arise. Many thanks Elite !”
