“Development is absolutely ace, outstanding cannot possibly ask for anything more or else totally supportive and very quick turn around. The communication from the customer support could be better to be honest but eventually someone will come back to you and deal with your issue. Overall the service is good hence why I have been a customer for ElevateOM for a number of years now.”

“After a slow start all my expectations are being met. I had a great project manager in Amy Grace. She looked after my every need. Sandra the developer was excellent and patient with my lack of web design knowledge and all my changes were handled well. Anuj my developer/coder clearly understood my brief and is producing an excellent site. Although not finished yet I know he will satisfy my needs and expectations and produce a user friendly, professional site to compete with the best. Ill let you know when it's complete.”

“I have no experience or knowledge about web design so, it was initially very good support. This has continued so far however, I find the many different specialists in charge of different areas of web design a bit confusing to keep up with. They are very patient but one person dealing with a customer may have been better for me. Still, the work being done with the website is very good.”

“My developer Avinash not only met my goals but exceeded them. Avinash would always go the extra mile for me and make every effort to overcome an obstacle to meet my needs as a customer. He took lots of initiative throughout our working together and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. I am very happy with my website made but I am sad that my working relationship with Avinash is coming to a close with my website now due to go live. I enjoyed it all very much and very pleased with my product. Katie as my account manager was also very responsive with a 'can do' attitude to all my requests in a timely manner which I also greatly appreciated. Highly recommend doing business with this company.”

“The support offered has been first rate. The website design has been great and given me further confidence I can make my project work well. Abdul has been very responsive and when things were not quite ready as envisaged by me he has been quick to revisit and straighten this out. His support for my Admin involvement has also been strong. Jacqueline has also been very helpful and quick to respond to queries, Thank you !”
