“I have had a bad experience with them so far.. they are so unreliable, they did a website for me and it took over 6 months now have not handed over the site to me,and I was told it will take 3 months to do it.. the website still doesn't function and the developer is unaccesible, they will continue to ask u to make payments and make u feel like the website is ready, once u make payments no one will call u on updates or see to it that the website is functioning.. a lot of back and forth and I assure u that u will be frustrated dealing with them as I am. I am now looking for all means to hold them accountable and escalating this.”

“If I could give this company a zero rating I would. It has been over 4 months I still have not got a website and worse still they have wrecked my original site and are now trying to say it was broken prior, plus despite all of this they tried to get me to pay more money. They have offered me 3 months SEO that I neither wanted nor needed and hardly compensation for the damage they have caused and the fact there is not even a completed website to provide SEO for! This company has been detrimental to my business. The customer service is appalling. AVOID at all costs is my advice.”

We have been working on this site for some time. There was a problem with the old sites database so we are populating the new site with data manually. Their old site is still completely ok and we have in no way damaged their old site. It is still functioning as per usual, it is just the data migration that skadate have said they cannot complete. We have offered 3 months seo as a good will gesture, unfortunately the client believes the deserve to not pay the remaining £700 though this is no fault of ours. We will continue to be as professional as ever and complete the manual migration.

“Violet here for Viomak charity music. I am real and so thankful I made the best decision in 2020. You can google me on you tube . I'm a genuine very happy ElevateOM customer. I am having my website being designed by Avinash ElevateOM as I type. From point A the salesmanship by James was excellent. I phoned them too the customer service was excellent. My website designer Avinash is a genius , very fast , very professional , very knowledgeable, very accurate and very creative. I dont have any complains. The best webdesigner I have come across. This is a very good company worth the money. I will give them 3 more websites to do which I will gladly pay for. I have no regrets at all. Please don't just write negative comments about ElevateOM just because you can type. Please be fair and learn to appreciate . I'm am a very difficult person to please but I have a million stars for ElevateOM and Avinash and all the other team members who wrote me emails introducing themselves welcoming me. They are very very organised. If you are having any problem with them I think the problem is you not them. Seriously you need to look at what you are doing wrong. Give them content on time too and explain clearly what you want done, giving examples. Thank you so much ElevateOM . I am very pleased and impressed by everything , from the service to the webdesigning expertise. Avinash and James are great assets please never lose them to any other company. This is from the bottom of my heart. My website is looking so pretty and professional before we even finish. Don't avoid ElevateOM please. They are very good . Please take my word for it. “I wouldn't use this company ever again, after my website was completed. The communication with the developer and and account manager is poor. No help and no emails from them. I rang a few times no call back. Avoid”

“What a great result, I am very happy with my new website. I have had some awful experiences with website designers in the past, however ElevateOM UK has restored my faith in the industry. They were not pushy or "salesy" which usually is a huge negative with marketing, and my fantastic assigned account manager Dale Web was always there to help me out if I needed to make a change on the website. Anupama, the designer, was brilliant and any changes that were required were on point and prompt! “Not had my website for long bought and paid for now getting technical issues website is down doesn't currently work. I liked the website and content but when you assign certain projects such as content they don't align it upto the pages. If you go to buy SEO'S within months you ask over and over again what the progress is yes you get covid-19 alerts and emails 3 months ago when developer was putting content on was 63% and 3 months later 63% I did like the services like look of website liked the content then now technical issues it had all went downhill.”

Andrew had an outstanding website built by us for his security company, which, as he mentioned he was delighted with. Once the website went live Andrew wanted to sign up for a 12 month SEO contract with our marketing team. However,3 months in he changed his mind, we appreciate it is hard times financially, therefore, we kindly cancelled the contract earlier than the agreed term. As advised to Andrew by our web consultant, building organic SEO is a process that takes time to build and work your way up the Google Rankings. Unfortunately, Andrew did not give this marketing a chance to flourish and continue to reflect positive results. With just three months’ work, we have optimised all of their On-Page SEO and increased backlinks, as a reflection of this work, the website established newly discovered keywords on the top 10 pages of Google.
