“I bought a brand new website fairly expensive however cheap on hosting but the website is never live always technical faults. The team are very good with content however what good is the content if the website isn't functional. As much as they may be good people but having a dysfunctional website is not good at all for business not good.”

Unfortunately WebCreationUK was targeted by a DDoS attack on the evening of the 11thJanuary. This has affected both our internal systems and a number of our servers which resulted in a number of clients’ websites being taken offline in order to ensure they were not compromised by this malicious attack. We appreciate that you are no doubt very frustrated that this has happened but, please understand that no matter who your hosting provider is, this can and does happen. “The problem that i have found with the Wordpress website is the loading of content. To get to understand what goes where you need to do it as a fall time job, nothing is straight forwards. Because of this we have moved to a different company that dose not use wordpress. ElevateOM supplied a good website and there staff were always there to help but it took so long to load a picture or text.”

“Development is absolutely ace, outstanding cannot possibly ask for anything more or else totally supportive and very quick turn around. The communication from the customer support could be better to be honest but eventually someone will come back to you and deal with your issue. Overall the service is good hence why I have been a customer for ElevateOM for a number of years now.”

“After a slow start all my expectations are being met. I had a great project manager in Amy Grace. She looked after my every need. Sandra the developer was excellent and patient with my lack of web design knowledge and all my changes were handled well. Anuj my developer/coder clearly understood my brief and is producing an excellent site. Although not finished yet I know he will satisfy my needs and expectations and produce a user friendly, professional site to compete with the best. Ill let you know when it's complete.”

“I have no experience or knowledge about web design so, it was initially very good support. This has continued so far however, I find the many different specialists in charge of different areas of web design a bit confusing to keep up with. They are very patient but one person dealing with a customer may have been better for me. Still, the work being done with the website is very good.”

“My developer Avinash not only met my goals but exceeded them. Avinash would always go the extra mile for me and make every effort to overcome an obstacle to meet my needs as a customer. He took lots of initiative throughout our working together and I genuinely enjoyed working with him. I am very happy with my website made but I am sad that my working relationship with Avinash is coming to a close with my website now due to go live. I enjoyed it all very much and very pleased with my product. Katie as my account manager was also very responsive with a 'can do' attitude to all my requests in a timely manner which I also greatly appreciated. “The support offered has been first rate. The website design has been great and given me further confidence I can make my project work well. Abdul has been very responsive and when things were not quite ready as envisaged by me he has been quick to revisit and straighten this out. His support for my Admin involvement has also been strong. Jacqueline has also been very helpful and quick to respond to queries, Thank you !”
