“I asked ElevateOM for design a web site for my business . They were so helpful until I paid the deposit which was 50% of total amount . Once I paid it has been difficult to get hold of them. The so web designer copied the website of a USA dealership and put our name on it and asked us to approve it which I refused to do. I have asked them to refund my deposit but they refused saying that they are waiting for me to approve the copied web page . I am not sure what to do , May be I have to go to the law .”

We have tried to contact Mr. Khateeb, but get no response from him. We have completed a design of which does need feedback. We will continue to try to make contact to reach an amicable resolution.

“Website went down but was fixed and back up within the hour. Gianni was very good as she was contactable straight away, sent me an email to highlight her actions and then another to confirm when it was fixed (within the hour). Excellent service.”
