“Awful company with no customer service. Our website has been in 'progress' for 8 months and I managed to create a better one in a day for free. After being sold many lies, ignored on email for months and our web link sending us to a Japanese wesbite, we tried to come to a compromise of a partial refund of our £1,400 deposit. We were shut down straight away and they had no interest in listening to us. They do not care about their customers and are only bothered about money. As a small business, we are utterly disheartened and upset. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY.”

Thank you for your feedback. In this case, the reviewer has been continuously asking for things that are out of scope of the original invoice and agreement. It is very hard to move on when the client insists on having upgrades free of charge.

“Our New Website from ElevateOM We have just launched our brand-new website www.ecs-sunbeds.com that was created by ElevateOm and we are more than happy with it. Not only with the amazing look of the website, but also the skills, professionalism and care that was given to the task. We would like to thank Maria Mon, our project manager for her help and guidance. This combined with her excellent communication skills, made the project easy and seamless from start to finish. Out grateful thanks also extends to Anuj Garg, our website developer, who’s patience and fast response in producing the pages and visuals at such high quality and speed, is unequalled.
