“Website Cobtent Writing. I received a truly professional content writing service from ElevateOMs limited. The content writer was exceptionally proactive and offered word options that I did not think off, which gave a good expression of meaning to my thoughts on the subject. Highly recommended!!!”

“Great to start off with but lots of other issues with it after it went live. The website is NOT compatible with a tablet or phone, despite a promise it would be. Sales pitch promises the earth, moon and stars but you will be disappointed! No offer of refundor for the issues to be put right once you have paid. I would NOT recommend this company.”

“The sales guy, Nathan I think, was attentive and we quickly negotiated a good deal to do our smallish site. Small, but my dream. I paid 100% up front. The designer Saqib followed my ideas well and made a very good first draft visually speaking. We then got into detail and gradually knocked it into the optimal shape. I was pretty excited so I got a bit impatient but they responded to my pushiness professionally. There were a number of issues up to the wire but I listed them and Saqib sorted them in an hour or two. Maria followed things closely which was re-assuring. All in all, recommended.”

“ElevateOM provide a great service for good value. They are flexible and responsive. Customer service and onboarding very helpful - guiding me through different stages, when my technical knowledge is minimal. Have had occasional delays with tech support and some email service issues, but generally the service has been solid with little down time.”

“Do not waste your time or money .. sales team make them sound amazing . Poor communication , not help to you , constant battle with them till the end .. just discoved all our key words are American so been wandering why our website wasn’t coming up . Absolute night mare waste caused us nothing but stress and I absolute hate my website but haven’t got the energy to communicate anymore !!!! DO NOT USE”

“Saqib and his team have built a very good website for me. He has accepted my changes and completed them very promptly indeed. There were some teething issues along the way and I had to challenge the Project Manager to give me regular updates. It should have been completed a little quicker I thought but in the end very much worth the wait”

The process was very slick following our initial brief and any areas that needed to be addressed were done so quickly and efficiently by the team and my web developer Saqib, who is a star. “I have to repeat my reviews. Terrible work and terrible services. They replied to my reviews last week, saying they do not have records of us being their customer. That is even worrying! That is why, no reports and no calls for the last four five months no results! But they took our payments regardless (by direct debit of course). If this industry is at all regulated, they have got to be reported.”

To see real results it is important to understand the SEO is not a quick thing to success. It does require time and effort to reach good page rankings. “All I can say is wow. My experience with ElevateOM has been completely unbelievable and I mean that in the worst possible way. I have paid ElevateOM exactly £4,562 to date for a fully functional website and app which they have yet to deliver even though the project started in August 2020. Please avoid this company like the plague! You will only ever hear from them when it is time to collect payment for the deposit and the second payment to move on to the development stage (you will also hear from them when they make contact to offer you the add-ons such as the content writing service) . You will receive little to no communication from them after that point. This company will use their salesmen and women to offer you the world, yet they will deliver peanuts. ElevateOM cares only about the money, they do not care about customer satisfaction or building a healthy reputation. My project is probably one of the larger sums of money they have been able to get hold of and they are not letting go without a fight, even though they have not been able to show me any updates since the homepage and login. I am in complete disbelief as to how and why the company operates in this way - I am undoubtedly facing a long and hard battle to get my money back. Please save yourselves the sleepless nights and stress by finding another company or Web developer to build your site. I made a deal with the devil the day I decided to allow ElevateOM to work on my project. The senior manager is the worst as he is so far removed from the projects and yet thinks he is an expert on them (he also handles the complaints, so you really have no way of escalating your case if you are not happy). I will update this review as this really has only just begun. I finally became fed up of waiting for updates and asked to cancel the project after 7 months. I think 7 months is long enough to be able to deliver some sort of tangible results. This has been a complete nightmare and I wouldn't wish this on anyone. ElevateOM is a complete shambles and they are extremely dishonest.”

We are very disappointed with this review. We have worked on a bespoke site for Sel and are almost complete. Sel requested a refund saying she has seen no work, however her development link has been sent to her numerous times. We have resent this again requesting feedback. She also has a dedicated Project Manager of whom has been in regular contact and helping to get the site complete. Sel has been refused a refund due to the agreed work being carried out.
