“Cristine goes beyond her line of duty to ensure customer satisfaction. She solves all my concerns and she speaks with such ease and have a calming and reassuring tone to her voice. I would rate her excellent customer service a 6* but the maximum is 5”

“Wow! have been so impressed with these guys, didn't really know where to turn as I was being quoted ridiculous amounts elsewhere. but from the moment I spoke to elevateom I knew I was in safe hands. the costs were very favourable and after 10 minutes chatting to Jay & Avinash: they effortlessly guided me through, I have been consulted every step of the way. if you are seeking an affordable and professional service; you are in safe hands. the web design is brilliant and I cannot thank you all enough. 10/10 from me.”

“I've had a great service from Web Creations. Avinash (Web designer) has been really done a brilliant job with the design. He listened to my needs and designed the site accordingly. Very prompt. “Developing the website was stressful at times not having someone to speak to On the phone 24\7 is inconvenient also feel like some staff members have been unmotivated & unwilling to help at times we feel like people from your company have been rude & sarcastic towards our team at times but we don't like to complain wouldn't want anyone to get in trouble but if you want to improve your company this might be something worth looking into maybe record all calls for training & monitoring performance of your team overall a good experience more expensive than expected but happy with the results Chris was key to the success of the project without chris it would be a 3 star rating very helpful patient & polite a real asset to elevateOM for sure our advice would be brief your staff monthly maybe let them know not all customers are experienced In web development there's certain phrases they might not be familiar with its very important customers from all walks of life all budgets & levels of experience feel like they can approach your business we would think maybe offer customers a chance to visit your office & help develop there website in person hope this review helps improve customers experience.”
