“I wouldn't use this company ever again, after my website was completed. The communication with the developer and and account manager is poor. No help and no emails from them. I rang a few times no call back. Avoid”

“What a great result, I am very happy with my new website. I have had some awful experiences with website designers in the past, however ElevateOM UK has restored my faith in the industry. They were not pushy or "salesy" which usually is a huge negative with marketing, and my fantastic assigned account manager Dale Web was always there to help me out if I needed to make a change on the website. Anupama, the designer, was brilliant and any changes that were required were on point and prompt! Top Tip to new customers, have an idea on how you would like your website to look like and go with it, negotiate any pages you want written up by the team and stay patient - the ElevateOM Team will endeavour to put your vision into reality with their processes. “Not had my website for long bought and paid for now getting technical issues website is down doesn't currently work. I liked the website and content but when you assign certain projects such as content they don't align it upto the pages. If you go to buy SEO'S within months you ask over and over again what the progress is yes you get covid-19 alerts and emails 3 months ago when developer was putting content on was 63% and 3 months later 63% I did like the services like look of website liked the content then now technical issues it had all went downhill.”

Andrew had an outstanding website built by us for his security company, which, as he mentioned he was delighted with. Once the website went live Andrew wanted to sign up for a 12 month SEO contract with our marketing team. However,3 months in he changed his mind, we appreciate it is hard times financially, therefore, we kindly cancelled the contract earlier than the agreed term. As advised to Andrew by our web consultant, building organic SEO is a process that takes time to build and work your way up the Google Rankings. Unfortunately, Andrew did not give this marketing a chance to flourish and continue to reflect positive results. With just three months’ work, we have optimised all of their On-Page SEO and increased backlinks, as a reflection of this work, the website established newly discovered keywords on the top 10 pages of Google. The benefits of working online is that any such extremities do not affect our work, on the contrary, online businesses are growing as many more users are browsing the internet, so why not jump on board and help your site be further optimised to help your business grow! “I had my website created by Avinash, and the project overseen by Amy. They were both absolutely brilliant, very prompt responses and a very easy process. Really happy with how my website has turned out and I would definitely recommend them. The website was for a new company I had started, and i was very unsure of the process as I did not have any experience as it was my first company, so I probably asked loads of stupid questions but they were always very helpful and welcoming! We have been working with this client for 5 months. There were periods when he would go quiet and he also provided images of which were not usable. We kindly edited all of these for him free of charge. It's quite disappointing to see a review like this when no fault was with us.
