Lovely sandals but unfortunately you sent the wrong colour. I ordered the platinum leather bu the ones I received were gold. Unfortunately I fell ill before delivery and had a lengthy stay in hospital so missed the deadline to return

I wanted to clarify that the sandals you ordered are indeed in Platinum leather, as per the description and images on our website. While this style does come in other colours, it isn’t made in gold. We always encourage customers to get in touch with us first before leaving a review, as we’d be happy to resolve any concerns directly. Unfortunately, since it’s been about 4 months since delivery, we aren’t able to offer an exchange or return at this point. I ordered a pair of sketcher sandals (paying postage) sizing down, but they were far too big. I rang up to see if I could do an exchange but was told I had to send them back (paying postage) and then order the next size down for which I would have to pay postage. So 3 lots of postage. I shan’t be ordering from here again.

Hello, I'm sorry that you've felt the need to leave us a negative review. All of our returns information can be found on the website with a link from the main menu, the footer menu, the individual product page and at the checkout. It's simply untrue that you were asked pay postage on your initial order and/or that you would have had to pay 3 lots of postage. You'll be able to see on your order confirmation that you had 'Free UK Delivery' and would have also had free UK delivery when ordering a replacement size, although this size was no longer available when you submitted your return request. We offer an easy and convenient returns service and are able to provide our UK customers with the option of a tracked and insured digital returns label (£3 at time of publishing). As you've experienced, we also ensure that returns are dealt with incredibly quickly (often on the same day) and I'd invite you to take a look at our many customer reviews that make reference to this. Being asked for a review a month after my dealings with EYS, my abiding memory is decent shoes, fair price, but tricky people to deal with - and not to purchase from them again.

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. Having dealt with your query personally, I really don't follow. You sent in an email on April 4th indicating that you encountered a problem using our returns process. I replied within 24 hours with some recommendations and didn't hear from you again. However, I can see that you then quickly managed to initiate the return and were promptly refunded when the boots arrived back with us. Hi , I dont receive the package please investigate. Courier could left this outside the door , nobody left any note. This is a first time happen to me I am not happy.

Great product,but couldn't apply 10% off first order as listed on numerous sites. Emailed to ask if they could apply to order . Hal answered and told me not doing as Black Friday..even gave him an example. Not brilliant first time experience...and then they send me leaflet with purchase offering 10% off??? Not sure I will return to purchase again. Ordered at weekend, not sent till Thursday

This is one of the most disappointing and inaccurate reviews that I've ever had. - You asked me to refund you 10% from an order you'd already placed. This isn't something we'd usually do anyway. However, I explained that we weren't offering any additional discounts for sign up over the black Friday weekend. I have absolutely no control over the information contained on 'voucher gains' or any other external websites. - You already had 10% discount off your order, but if you were unhappy with the price that you'd already paid, I'd have happily refunded your order if requested - If one of my dispatch team have decided to give you 10% off a future order, that's very kind of them - You ordered on Sunday using our standard (Royal Mail Tracked 48) delivery service. We sent your order on Monday and you received them on Friday. There were two full days of Royal Mail strikes on Wednesday and Thursday (and no collections on either of these days).
Very poor returns service , won't be ordering from you again
