I had a fault with the sandles I purchased. I took them to the shop on Friday.Was told by the sale assistant what did she think I could do about it as I had no box. They would not be able to resell them .Surely if they were faulty yu would not be resale them.Told me to leave them in shop see what she could do. I said no thank yu as I was so upset I couldn’t face going back to the shop .She never gave me a chance to say all I wanted was the same pair to be exchanged. I never asked for money back .

I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave a negative review. You sent an email at 16:10 on August 29th asking to clarify the status of your order. I replied to you at 16:13 on August 29th to confirm the dispatch process and when you'd receive your tracking number. The sandals were dispatched to you and delivered within 1 working day. You purchased one of our return labels at 9:58 on September 26th and I can see that my colleague prepared and sent your label to you at 10:11 on September 26th. I’m really sorry that you received the wrong item, but I can’t seem to find any previous messages. I have had a look at your order and there was an issue with the photo in the listing for the scarf, which we’ve subsequently removed. I’d have happily provided a free returns label. I ordered 2 pair of shoes. One in pink size 6 That has arrived correct The second pair that I order was cream colour in size BUT I HAVE RECEIVED A SHOES BOX WITH A PAIR OF SHOES THAT IT IS NOT A PAIR IN THE WAY THAT THEY SEND ME ONE PINK SHOES ANDCONE CREAM SHOES ALSO ARE 2 RIGHT SIDE SHOES ALSO ONE SIZE 5 AND ONE SIZE 6. WHAT MESS I CONTACT THEM TO COMPLAIN ABOUT THE ISSUE I SPOKE TO REBECCA THAT SHE APOLOGIZE ABOUT THIS ISSUE SAYING SORRY THAT WE DIDNT CHECK THE BOX BEFORE SEND TO YOU BUT WHEN SHE TOLD HER MANAGER HE IS NOT RESPONDING MY EMAIL , NO TAKING RESPONSABILITY FOR THEM MISTAKE AND NO DOING MY REFUND OF THE 2 PAIR OF SHOES THAT I SEND BACK. I WILL TAKE FURTHER ACTION IF THEY DONT. BECAREFUL THEY ACTING VERY BAD WITH ME . TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE NO APOLOGIZE OR REFUND OF £ 178.00 HORRIBLE COMPANY . DONT BUY FROM THIS PEOPLE .

Hello, It's always disappointing to receive a negative review and I'm sorry that you have felt the need to write this. As discussed previously, it's not possible that these shoes were dispatched to you in the manner you've described. All shoes are inspected by us on arrival from our supplier and again before despatch. The shoes that you mention were prepared and packed from one of our stores that only have the cream colour available, so it wouldn't be possible that they could be mixed with another colour, as it simply wasn't there. Further to this, all of our remaining stock is correct. I can only think that they've been mixed up with another pair that you've bought from another retailer. If you think this is possible and can provide the name and contact details of this retailer, I'd be happy to look into this for you. The other pair of shoes will be refunded as normal. Hello, I'm sorry that you've felt the need to leave us a negative review. The shoes were despatched the same day (last Friday) using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Due to the bank holiday weekend, I'd have expected them to be delivered to you today. However, I can see from the tracking information that you've been provided with, that they were initially sent to the wrong delivery office and have been subsequently re-routed. I ordered a pair of shoes 8 days ago and paid the extra charge for express delivery. I still have not recieved them nor does the tracking order work. Will be contacting the company about this.

Hello, I’m sorry that you felt you had to leave a negative review. These sandals were dispatched at the earliest opportunity after receiving your order using Royal Mail 48 last Monday. Usually this would take 3 days, but unfortunately in some areas this has taken a little longer. Ordered some Fly London blue sandals, came quickly and looked lovely . Unfortunate on this occasion too narrow , so returned to store with pre paid label that only cost £2.80 Hoping to use this friendly, efficient service again .

I purchased the shoes for a day at the races. Unfortunately the shoes didn't even make the full day as all the insole on one of the shoes fell apart making the shoe too uncomfortable to wear. I ended up wearing a beautiful dress with flip flops.

Disappointed, the shoes received were poor quality........ the colour had clearly faded from parts of the shoe........ No return address given either. Unhappy customer who will not return.

Whilst it's unfortunate that a returns form wasn't included as normal, I'd have happily dealt with any complaint or return via email or telephone, as provided on the confirmation email and the website. The 'fading' that you mention is part of a design technique called burnishing, it's purely intentional and is readily apparent with the images on the website.
