Hello, I've resent the order confirmation to the email address that you provided (you will have received the original at the time of order). You'll be able to see that the order is for a 12 UK - EU 46. This was the only size in that style that we had available at the time and it wouldn't have been possible to order an 8 UK - EU 42 or any other size. Hello, Unfortunately, as you've placed your order for a returns label on a Saturday there's nobody in the office to create your unique returns label and therefore this been issued today (being the next working day). This is all explained in the description of the return label that you've purchased on the website as below: "A 'Tracked 48 hour' Return label to send your order back to us. Please note that these are unique labels that need to be created individually, so will take time to prepare. Please allow 1 working day for this." We offer this subsidised returns service to all of our customers, but there's no obligation to use it. You're welcome to use a courier of your choosing, but I do recommend getting the appropriate level of insurance. Many thanks, Hal
