“Ordered sketchers walking boots twice, first time too big so wanted a replacement. Printed returns label easily and there was a returns card within the box. For the replacement I did not get any e mail advising on its way and there was no returns card within the box (replacement pair too big) so rang the shop to be advised that that lady did not deal with returns it was to do with the warehouse ! Wasnt very helpful at all. She told me I had to e mail about the returns - I knew this but only from having to do so the first time around. The packaging was put on so tight it couldnt use it to send the boots back, had to get packaging myself. I look forward to receiving my refund shortly.”
