Hello, I’m sorry that you felt you had to leave a negative review. These sandals were dispatched at the earliest opportunity after receiving your order using Royal Mail 48 last Monday. Usually this would take 3 days, but unfortunately in some areas this has taken a little longer. As explained in the message this is not a fully tracked service and I only get a notification when a delivery is attempted. I hope that they arrive with you soon. Many thanks, Hal

“Purchasing and contact was friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the shoes I bought didn’t fit well so I’m going to go to the shop to buy them now Wales is open! Returning the shoes was simple. Lots of nice touches like the sweets included with the shoes (I didn’t eat them - it felt wrong when I realised I was going to send them back) and a card in the box too.
