Hello, I'm sorry that you've felt the need to leave us a negative review. The shoes were despatched the same day (last Friday) using Royal Mail Tracked 48. Due to the bank holiday weekend, I'd have expected them to be delivered to you today. However, I can see from the tracking information that you've been provided with, that they were initially sent to the wrong delivery office and have been subsequently re-routed.
