“Super quick delivery having ordered two pairs of trainers online. I loved and kept one pair and returned the other. Yes I did pay for the return however I was expecting that. Refund was also super quick as was response from the team when I messaged and phoned simply to clarify returns process”

I'm sorry that you felt the need to leave a negative review. You sent an email at 16:10 on August 29th asking to clarify the status of your order. I replied to you at 16:13 on August 29th to confirm the dispatch process and when you'd receive your tracking number. The sandals were dispatched to you and delivered within 1 working day. You purchased one of our return labels at 9:58 on September 26th and I can see that my colleague prepared and sent your label to you at 10:11 on September 26th.
