“Nothing wrong with the service, but we had to send back the sandals. My wife wanted a toe loop not a toe post. Also she is normally a 38, Birkenstock fitting is generous so they were on the large size. You did not have the model she wanted in a 37. Otherwise OK.”

“I've been buying Josef Seibel sandals for about twenty years. They're always comfortable, and I like the design of this sandal, with a closed toe and open heel, but they do seem to be getting flimsier as time goes by. The leather on this latest pair doesn't look anything like as solid as on the first pair I bought all those years ago. We'll see how long they last.”

They are actually purchased for me via my partner as a valentines gift!! He loves them just as much as I do! “The slipper looks nice and feels warm. However it is too big for my feet and even with another insole in, it didn`t feel secure for me to useand I slopped about. Unfortunately as I`ve thrown the packaging away, I`ll have to find another way of passing them on.”

“speedy delivery, excellent phone manner. Only reason they did not get 5 stars is because I rang with regards to an exchange as the show was too small and they didn't ring back when they said they would but they did apologise and speedy refund when unable to get the next size up of shoe.”
