“Great store online ... always get a lovely thank you in your box of shoes just a nice touch.. I do like to support small businesses .. I live near Hawarden so close to Chester/ Cheshire Oaks/ Broughton Park but buy online from this store , small businesses need all the help these days so I avoid the big shops as much as I can. It would be good to get loyalty cards or points just a thought but understand small businesses might find it hard .. maybe another option would be a yearly one off discount 😊”

There was a tiny mark on the front of the right shoe, but not enough to make me send them back, they will soon pick up small marks! - it woud be amaing if you could carry out an individual quality check before they leave you, but that may be asking too much! I wanted to clarify that the sandals you ordered are indeed in Platinum leather, as per the description and images on our website. While this style does come in other colours, it isn’t made in gold. We always encourage customers to get in touch with us first before leaving a review, as we’d be happy to resolve any concerns directly. Unfortunately, since it’s been about 4 months since delivery, we aren’t able to offer an exchange or return at this point.
