“I received my sandals quite quickly and there wasn't a charge, however unfortunately they were too big so after sending an email to inform them of the return ordered a size smaller. They answered my email on the first working day so I sent them back having to pay the postage, changing the order to a size smaller. So I hope I receive my new sandals shortly.”

They should have informed you that the quickest way to get your issue resolved and ensure that it gets picked up by the right person is by sending an email to sales@elevateyoursole.co.uk or customerservices@elevateyoursole.co.uk. I can see that the order was shipped out on Friday and ordinarily I'd have expected them to have arrived with you yesterday using our free standard delivery (2-3 working days). Unfortunately, some items are taking a little longer at the moment with the Royal Mail strikes causing a back log. I will report it to Royal Mail and hopefully they'll arrive with you soon. Excellent communication throughout and lovely hand written message on the fabulous enclosed card (which I am going to keep and frame as it’s so good). “Ordered shoes for walking on holiday and paid £1.50 for Royal Mail delivery as needed them quickly. So that was the 8th and by the 9th early afternoon i had them. Great communication from the company and Royal mail re tracking the order.”
