“I had a fault with the sandles I purchased. I took them to the shop on Friday.Was told by the sale assistant what did she think I could do about it as I had no box. They would not be able to resell them .Surely if they were faulty yu would not be resale them.Told me to leave them in shop see what she could do. I said no thank yu as I was so upset I couldn’t face going back to the shop .She never gave me a chance to say all I wanted was the same pair to be exchanged. I never asked for money back .”

“Great service, I ordered a dress and a pair of cropped trousers, both were in the sale so a great price. Free delivery and the parcel arrived well packaged before the expected date. Little handwritten note on the card inside, nice touch. Clothes were from a brand I know and love so I knew sizing would be fine. Very pleased will definately use again.”
