“Absolutely love my Embassy boots. Ordering them was very straightforward and I received them very quickly. Excellent customer service. The first outing of wearing the boots was a complete success with many people admiring them and asking me where I had purchased them from. The boots are so well made and are extremely comfortable. “My Joseph Seibel boots were received promptly were beautifully wrapped with a lovely smiley Elevate Your Solev sweetie in amongst the wrapping. Such a sweet surprise and no plastics in the wrapping! Boots very comfortable when used on a long first walk .”

“Shoes arrived quickly and as advertised. When they didn't quite fit it was easy to return and the charming staff made it clear I could buy return postage from them for £3.95. It would be nice to have free returns given its tricky buying shoes online but I can see that might be expensive for a relatively small company.”
