“I was very happy with the service and my trainers when I first ordered them. Not so happy though when my sister wanted a pair and wanted another pair for myself, sister got hers, my size however was out of stock. I was quite disappointed by this, and felt I should have been offered to be e-mailed or texted to let me know when they were to be available again. I did feel a bit upset that I was just told "we don't have your size" and that was that. Not sure I would come back to buy again.”

Although we try our best to fulfil all of our orders, unfortunately the occasional mistake can be made with stock levels. I have had a chance to look through the correspondence that you had with my colleague and I can see Jacqui offered her apologies and an immediate refund. As these particular shoes were in the sale, unfortunately they won't be coming back into stock. Hello, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I'm disappointed to hear that the service that you received wasn't up to the high standard that is usually achieved. I've just come back from my honeymoon, so I'll look through the communication that you've had with one of my colleagues, so that I can get a clearer picture. It's normal procedure for any faulty shoes to be inspected and if they're found to be faulty any postage costs would be re-imbursed. I haven't had the opportunity to inspect these shoes yet, but I will make it my priority. Also, we do have another pair of size 4 available, if you are still interested in this style? “Amazing company. Ordered a pair of wellies and found the calf was too small. Emailed the proprietor and he measured the calf of a larger size for me and exchanged my smaller size for the bigger one. No problems and communication was fast and friendly. Will definately buy from again!”
