This is the little mean spirited given the timing of your order, which was the evening prior to the Royal Mail strike on Wednesday 31st August. As a result we were unable to dispatch them until Thursday. This information is readily available on our website and delays are expected during this time. In any event, I see that they've been delivered today, Tuesday 6th September. In addition to the standard delivery service chosen (2-3 working days delivery aim), we also offer tracked 24 (1-2 working days delivery aim) and guaranteed next day delivery. “After an unsuccessful day traipsing around Liverpool city centre for a pair of navy blue sling-back shoes for a wedding, I arrived home empty handed. I dislike buying items on line but found a pair of shoes on your website and ordered them. I must admit I didn't have high expectations that they would fit or suit me. “Beautiful bag. It's well made with lots of pockets, which I love so I know where everything is. Inside has this lovely red tarten lining. Two slip pockets and a zipped pocket. At the back is not too deep zipped pocket. At the front two smaller zipped pockets. I have my travel pass in on and keys in the other. Between them is a bigger zipped pocket with a small gusset to it. Lovely size side pockets big enough for sunglasses or a water bottle. Sturdy adjustable back pack straps. Two grab handles. The bag feels like a soft suede. It will hold quite a bit. Price is good value. Fast delivery and well packaged. The service was excellent and website easy too use. They even sent me a little sweet.”
