“Daughter in law was delighted to have her much-loved old pair of wool slippers replaced at Christmas by another warm fluffy pair. I was delighted because I had left ordering a bit late and most places were sold out. One company took my money saying they had stock but it turned out they didn't! So it was reassuring to deal with elevate your sole who confirmed over the phone that they had the slippers and held them in their hands while i made the online order, to ensure I didn't miss out again!!
