“I bought a replacement twin element grill to replace my broken one from another company, but even though it had the right part number, the support bracket was different to the existing one and was not useable. I contacted Element Replacement, and was able to obtain an element which had the correct type of bracket, although a little different than the defunct one, but with a little patience and drilling two small holes on the ‘roof’ of the oven, the element fitted well and is working properly. Thank you Element Replacement 😊”
