“Ordered the element Friday evening, wasn’t processed till Monday morning and delivered Wednesday afternoon, paid for 48hr delivery so feel disappointed as in my mind that’s 5 days. Couldn’t find anything on your site saying you only work Monday to Friday”

Hello, At the very top of our delivery information page we state 'Any orders placed after 4pm Friday are dispatched the following Monday.' This can be seen here: https://www.elementreplacement.co.uk/delivery--product-information-2-w.asp This is also echoed on the cart page, before you checkout. Therefore, with Tracked 48 delivery this was delivered by Royal Mail as we would have hoped. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd.
