“The online ordering process was good, the dispatch and postage came reasonably quickly, the element was easy to install, and the oven works fine now. The only problem was the additional screws I ordered did not fit and therefore the £1.99 was wasted.”

Hello, Sorry to hear it took so long to arrive. I have looked up your order and I can see the the wrong postcode was provided to us on your order. It looks as though it was just a typing error which is easily done, but which is why Royal Mail struggled to deliver it. Regards, Element Replacement Ltd
