“The replacement element for my oven was identical to the manufacturer's one. That was a huge relief, as it was not possible to buy the manufacturer's element for over 2 weeks, meaning we would have been without an oven a long time! Element Replacement Limited saved the day!!”

“Part sent did not fit without drilling holes in it. Delivery slow. Ordered on Sunday delivered Thursday. No apology from customer service Would look elsewhere.”

Hello, Sorry for the delay. We would have hoped your item be with you the day before it arrived, but the week before Christmas can be a bit manic for delivery companies unfortunately. We also apologise that the element wasn't quite correct, however the image on our website shows that there is no central hole, therefore we supplied what was ordered.
