“Replacement Element was fine and took no time at all to fit. Item was posted same day as order was placed. Just a pity that Royal Mail 24 took two days to deliver but that is not the suppliers fault and they did warn me that this could be the case.”

“The 2.5KW element of our 20 year old ProChef integrated oven failed. A replacement, compatible element was ordered on line and surprisingly, was courier delivered next day. Having spent over an hour accessing and removing the failed element, the problem being accessibility and baked-on fixings, refitting the replacement was simple and straightforward.”
