Hello, we were advised that the payment had failed but can now see that it had gone through, if you had contacted us at the time it could easily have been sorted out earlier. We do apologise for this and will dispatch it today and upgrade to Tracked 24 delivery.

“We ordered the Tricity Fanfair oven element on Tuesday 31-3-20, it arrived on the Thursday, I fitted it in 15mins. The oven works perfectly. The ordering, payment and GPO Tracking was excellent. I would defiantly recommend Element Replacement LTD. for their excellent service. Many thanks.”
