“Wrong element supplied when emailed was told our elements are patterns not genuine parts and some variations may exist!!! I had to alter the element myself to make it fit ie: removing the earth terminal and filing down the stub . Dicentra have this problem with THE ELEMENT MAN”

Hello, We apologise that there was an issue with fitting your element, and our looking at our model information to ensure that you should not have to alter any elements in the future. I would like to point out that we did not state that all of our parts are pattern, instead that the particular one you ordered was. Genuine parts on our website as listed as such. Regards, Tom
